In order to complete your registration, you should pay registration fee as detailed below:

•  If someone prefers a single room extra € 25 (per night) will be charged. (tek kişilik odada kalmak isteyenler gecelik 25EUR extra ödemelidir)
•  If someone prefers extra night(s) (more than 4 nights) extra € 50 (per night) for standard room will be charged.                            (4 geceden fazla kalmak isteyenler standart oda için gecelik 50 EUR extra ödemelidir)
•  If someone prefers NOT to accommodate at the hotel for some night(s) OR throughout the conference, A discount of  € 25 (per night) from the total fee  (shown in table) will be applied (konferans boyunca yada belli gunler otelde kalmak istemeyenler için ödenecek ücret tablodaki toplam ücretten gecelik 25 EUR düşülerek hesaplanır)
• 0-6 years old children are FREE (with parents) and %50 discount will be applied for 6-12 years old children. (Aile yanında 0-6 yaş çocuk ücretsiz 6-12 yaş arası çocuk ise %50 indirimli)
• %50 (of paid value) Refund can be done until 1 July 2018 -- %25 (of paid value) Refund can be done until 15 July 2018 ---- No refund is possible after 15 July 2017. (Refunds will be processed after the congress) ( 1 Temmuza kadar ödenen ücretin %50 si iade edilebilir, 15 Temmuza kadar ödenen ücretin %25 si iade edilebilir  15 Temmuzdan sonra iade yaplımayacaktır.)
• You will be received all information about payment etc .. on acceptance letter. (Ödeme gibi bilgiler size kabul yazısı ile birlikte verilecektir.)
